Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at arielhendrixauthor@gmail.com and include:

Your name
Your order number
A description of the issue
A clear photograph showing the damaged or incorrect item

Once the issue has been verified, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the damaged or incorrect item.

Replacement requests are subject to review and product availability. If the original item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available resolution.
